The manual is based on the principles of ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004 standards and includes practical measures, regulations and guidelines, which help to fulfil quality and environmental aims of the company’s actions. Everyone is responsible for quality of the work and its continual development. Both the management of the company and the personnel are committed to observe the operational policy.
The contents of the operations manual and the observing of the same are estimated regularly by internal and external auditing. The management review estimates the operational policy, which is the base of setting the targets and management reviewing, and if required to make changes.
